  Program Description: Designed for 3.0–4.0 players, this doubles class emphasizes strategy, positioning, and teamwork. Players will work on shot placement, formations, and communication signals while learning how to construct points effectively. Sessions include targeted doubles drills that build into live point play, helping players gain confidence and improve their performance in match situations.

  Program Description:  These classes are designed to enhance on-court performance while supporting injury prevention and improving overall mobility. Each session incorporates a balanced mix of strength training and dynamic plyometric and ballistic movements, all tailored to the specific demands of tennis. Players will develop greater power, agility, and movement efficiency, helping them move more effectively, and reduce the risk of injury. Fitness class should allow participants to perform with greater consistency and confidence during matches.

  Participants may not be asked to hit balls depending on the lesson plan.

  Program Description: Emphasis is on continuous movement with minimal rest and hitting a high volume of balls. There is almost no technical feedback, as the primary goal is to keep players moving and elevate heart rate. A great tennis based work out experience!
